How to get help with Diurnal and its AI connector, report a problem, or ask about your data.
Get help
Email support@diurnal.in. Say which AI app you connected, what you asked, and what happened. Use the email address of your Diurnal account so the request can be matched to it.
Send feedback from the app
In the Diurnal Mac app, open Settings › Feedback to send a note straight from your Mac.
Security issues
To report a security problem, email support@diurnal.in with "Security" in the subject. The site's security.txt lists the same contact.
Your data
To see or delete the data held for your account, email support@diurnal.in from your account's address. See the privacy policy.
